    • Totally Useless
These were so useless for our needs, I sent them back! They were for my husband, but, a major design flaw made it impossible for him to use. The design flaw? The hearing tube is not connected to the business part, where the microphone, and all the the electronics are located. You literally have to plug the two parts together. Might be a good idea, but when it falls apart every time you try to put the ear bud into your ear and the rest behind you ear, you can't hear! Others might love these, but, since I was never able to get them to stay together long enough to even test them... ... show more

These hearing aids work well for me for the price. Also, the service is great, I had a problem registering my set but after contacting Banglijian they immediately responded with the information and instructions, I'm very pleased with both the product and service.

Bought this hearing aid, because it was inexpensive and l wanted to see how well it fit and worked. It worked very well, but eat fit is extremely important to eliminate background noises. If you’re very active you constantly have to keep pushing it back in place. Worth the price, yes. Permanent answer to earring loss probably not. It does work as advertised and l will use this in situations where l would not want to risk damaging a more expensive aid, ie beach, yard work,etc. ... show more

    • Died two weeks after return period closed
The left hearing device (in my only good ear) now won’t accept a charge. It is useless. I would have returned them but I just learned the return period closed 2 weeks ago.

The product is great. Works as advertised. I needed help regarding the product and the company was not only responsive, but they bent over backwards to help me. My last hearing aids cost me $2500 each. I wanted to change to OTE. These amplifiers work every bit as good as my expensive ones.

I got the silver ones because I’m gray. You can hardly see them, they are comfortable, the sound quality is pretty good and the customer service team is always there to help. Just remember to clean the wax out of the tubes regularly or else you’ll think they aren’t working but they are. Just go for it, you won’t be sorry! ... show more

Everything is loud, I’ve tried all the cones and can’t get them comfortable in my ear. But will do for a second aid until I get my other ones fixed
