Monport customer service seems to be non existent. Very disappointed have had my laser about a year and a half and now it looks like its engraving but it puts off 0 heat!

The media could not be loaded. This machine is amazing. Once you learn how to use it, it really can do pretty much anything you can think of. I'm VERY happy I bought it. It is, by FAR, the coolest and most useful tool I've ever bought. 5 stars all the way! The packaging was great and the setup was easy. Really, the only learning curve for me, was the software. Once you learn Lightburn and Adobe Illustrator, the sky is the limit. Pro tip: Get Lightburn.

i have other fiber lasers so not a newbie to them. This one, however, took a bit of time to figure out how to get going. The directions are not clear as they are mainly for ezcad, well this is a bsl laser, and is not stated anywhere except a poorly organized zip drive. It works however, with lightburn, but must have newest version that works with bsl lasers. Had some issues, but customer service did there best to resolve.
