The product was exactly as described, so that's good. The reason I ordered from this vendor through Amazon was for the promised fast, 2-day delivery with Prime. However, the order status didn't update to "shipped" until the day before it was supposed to arrive, and at 10:30 am in the day it was supposed to arrive, I got a notification that is was delayed. I had to drive 3 hours to the closest place that I could buy it locally, because I was in the middle of a print job that needed the same filament. Amzon's policy is that if it was 2 days late, I could have submitted for a refund. So I guess what's the point of Prime (paying to get faster shipping), if they don't hold themselves to account unless it is MULTIPLE days late. Regular shipping from an alternate vendor would have made it just as fast as the delayed Prime. Nothing against the product the vendor offered, just the shipping and delivery timeline, which is a big part of e-commerce. ... show more

This does not come with the spool... it’s just raw filament. Don’t expect to be able to print with this unless you have spools available. So much for my first print. Wish they made this apparent in the listing.
