I have a small 1bdm apartment. This bed works great for my 10yr old son to sleep on until we can move to a 2 bdm apartment. My son finds the mattress comfortable to sleep on and the steel frame is sturdy. There is some assembly required and there where 2 things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. It folds very easy. The steel frame does give it some weight but once assembled theres no heavy lifting because it's on wheels. It moves smoothly while folded and very easy to push room to room. 1. One of the pre-drilled holes that was suppose to be there was missing. It is still sturdy and works fine even though I wasn't able to put 1 bolt in because of this error. 2. All of the nuts and bolts that where in the assembled pieces where very loose. I am not exaggerating when I say all. I had to go over the pre-assembled pieces and tighten everyone down.
