Extraordinary 12’ Christmas Tree! So very realistic, easy snap in assembly, very sturdy stand to support 12 foot tree. There are many lights on the tree with no dull gaps. Take time fluffing for ultimate fullness. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely quality tree but do not expect it to be as full as the tree in the ads but it was a great purchase. It comes with a fancy storage bag and equipment bag including extra bulbs and two sets of gloves to maneuver the branches to settle them down. I love that the top is stiff enough to hold our new glass finial sturdily. We have very high ceilings and this 5ft was a downsize because we are getting older and figured it would be easy to handle. This is our first artificial tree after purchasing live trees for 40 years. Oh goodness I LOVE this tree! It’s absolutely worth the investment. It was packaged perfectly and easy to assemble. It does take a little while to “fluff” but it’s so pretty!

I bought this Balssam Hill BH Fraser Fir from Amazon because I had so much trouble trying to buy it directly from Balsam Hill. The day after it arrived it was set up and we have had nothing but problems with it ever since. The setup instructions that came with the tree said to tighten down the "stand key". This "stand key" is apparently used to secure the tree and prevent any wobbling. I called Balsam Hill customer service and they told me that type of stand in no longer used. And if the tree is wobbling badly its probably the wrong one. She said she would send me a new one that I should receive in about a week. That was two weeks ago! We have not placed any of our treasured ornaments on the tree for fear of it tipping over and breaking the glass ornaments. The other night the tree's lights started flickering so I checked the connections between the three sections. That did not work. I will be returning this tree after Christmas as there is not sufficient time to research and purchase a new one. We will have to explain to our guests why our tree is bare and flickers when we have family over for Christmas dinner. Like the title of my review states it a piece of junk! ... show more
