    • All hardware is missing! Big disappointment!

The chair arrived today, July 20th, 2023. The hardware package is missing. It was supposed to be inside the seat cushion, but the zipper was opened, and there is NO hardware at all. I am very disappointed! I have contacted Ball & Cast's customer support and am waiting for an answer. I will update my review when they respond. Otherwise, I will be returning the chair. Update: It took 10 days to receive the hardware, and even then, there were washers missing. I had to go to Lowes to buy the correct size washers for a chair that I'd already paid for. Once assembled, it is uncomfortable. The arm rests are too low, and it needs lumbar support. All in all, a big disappointment! ... show more

Pros: -Easy to assemble. This took me about 15 minutes on my own. -The chair is low to the ground and deep. Comfortable to sit back and recline in. -The design looks modern and sleek.
