This is a nice sectional. Ratings were good but I was a little nervous if I would actually like it. It took a little over a week to come in and then around 2 hours for my kids and I to carry in , assemble, and break down boxes. Once we got the hang of it they were pretty easy to assemble. They seem well made and I like the dark grey that won't show everything. It's firm but still comfortable. It fit my living room perfectly. I would definitely say it's worth it and if I didn't have a wood stove on the other side of the living room I'd order a second one. I love the cup holders and charging ports! Delivered 4 days early in a total of 8 boxes. Super easy to assemble. Took my husband and I about an hour to unbox, assemble and break down boxes. Perfect size for our space but the seat depth dimensions were misleading. They say 24” deep but that’s including the area where the back cushion sits. It’s only about 20” deep which is really not what I was looking for and why I dropped a star. The couch is VERY firm but is made of springs with foam so I anticipate it taking a bit to break in. The back cushions are removable but not reversible. The bottom cushions DO NOT come off - another reason I dropped a star since it said cushion covers were washable. Overall I’m happy enough considering the price point! ... show more

I don't buy big ticket items off Amazon but I will say this is the best purchase I think I've made in terms of furniture ever. The color I got is not the most ideal, but so far it's been easy to clean at least. It's comfy and I don't sink in as the cushions as they are very thick and supportive. It's the perfect height and size for my space and we custom adjusted which seats went where. The biggest win was the assembly, cause I was scared of how much I'd have to do but it was so easy to put together. I will absolutely buy from this company again. ... show more
