My initial receipt of this item was not good. The box was extensively damaged, and I could hear items (stones) and metal, moving around inside. Upon opening, it was immediately apparent that this item had been opened by someone before, and possibly returned. Nothing was secure inside, and the metal was dented, so it was never removed from the box. Now the good part: Contact was made with the seller, and after describing the above, I had a new fire table in only a couple days. It was clearly packaged securely and properly. The directions and images for assembly were excellent, no detail was left out, and in about 30 minutes, assembly was completed with no assistance. I mentioned in an email to the company that one small screw was missing for the glass enclosure, but didn't ask for a replacement screw. A few days later, I received a small package with 4 additional screws. The table started easily, no issues with the igniter. I have not used it a great deal as of yet, but I have seen enough to write a positive review of the product and the company. Although the original item was certainly unacceptable, and required me carting an 80 lb item to the UPS office 30 miles away, that appears to me to be a supervisor/warehouse personnel issue, not a company issue. Whoever decided that shipping something in that condition was acceptable, I expect, has probably already been contacted by management. If not, someone should have. Overall, the company's response was outstanding, and that is all that I think most consumers want. Perfection is always desired, but, perfection is rarely, if ever achievable., but great customer service is.

The media could not be loaded. We LOVE our firepit. Initially, our starter didn't function, and after sending us parts to repair it, which didn't seem to help, the sellers sent us a completely new firepit! Both shipments were carefully packaged, and firepit is relatively easy to assemble. It is built very solid, and love how it looks and blends with our lanai decor. It puts out a fair amount of heat. We are able to lower one or two of the blinds to block breezes, if necessary, and it's amazing how warm our lanai can get, even when the temps are in the 40s. Now we can use this space much more of the year here in southern Idaho. We are very pleased with our firepit, and look forward to using it with our family and friends.

We enjoy this fire pit on our porch regularly in the Fall and Spring. The hidden tank storage is so helpful. The tiles on top have a lovely stone look and have held up well after a couple years of use. It's easy to put together, and the adjustable flame keeps us cozy when it's cold and comfortable when the weather starts to warm up. The flame and reflection on the glass rocks offers a nice ambiance.

Pros: Easy to light. All metal base. Heat good. Blue glass rocks. Cheap price, but good value. Cons: side door difficult to assemble. Gas tank does not slide out. Hard to insert gas tank for this 74 year old. Other fire pit we own has slide mechanism for gas tank. No gas gauge.

Loving out new fire pit!! We live in New England and have some cool spring and falls so we are using our new propane fire for many nice and warm nights. Loving the warmth and ambiance of this gives us. I was shocked how easy it was to assemble and how little effort it took. This fire pit has helped make our family time together much more enjoyable. Very happy, I would give it 10 stars if I could

I’ve been with Amazon for years, and rarely if ever write a review. This table deserves one. The table was easy to put together and works great. It definitely enhances my patio aesthetics. Was missing a corner piece for the glass shield, but I contacted support and they had it fedex immediately. Great support. I have no buyers remorse with this purchase. Actually going to buy another one for a friends new house as well. Highly recommended.

I like it when I can get it lit. Happy with the look and temp. Bought the glass shield that came broken but was replaced. Two big draw backs. The knob to ignite it is for show only, on my unit, at least. It does nothing. Propane tank is attached, open and full of gas. If I turn the temp dial all the way to low, the fire will ignite. But then I have to slowly turn it up to get full effect. And that doesn’t always work.Right now it won’t start and gorgeous night to be outside. Very finicky. There is no bottom to the unit except where the tank sits. I thought I would get a little extra storage but I don’t. Wherever corners could be cut, they were. Understand the profit margin but at least have a unit that ignites as it should. Very disappointed.

This firepit table was very carefully packaged. Everything was in tact. The easy to follow directions allowed me to put it together in 45 minutes. I am so impressed by the sturdiness and quality. The blue fire glass is a nice touch. I was surprised at the good amount of heat that table produces. It is the perfect addition to our patio. I did a lot of comparison shopping before purchasing this product and, by far, the price for this outstanding product is unmatched.
