It's made from good solid glass and works well, we decided we needed the wind screen after our pup slightly scorched his long beautiful tail because the fire pit is right at "tail wag height" :( What this review is really for is this companies customer service!..... Our glass arrived completely shattered! The delivery driver pointed it out, the box looked okay, but you could hear the broken glass inside. It was easy to put together with a philips screwdriver. Be careful when lifting it is heavy, I also found that the screws will loosen at times, so check screws before lifting. Nothing to dislike with this product. Nice thick glass with a smooth finished edge. Very good hardware easy to assemble. Just make sure you look at the corner pieces because there are 2 different ones. The ones with the small raised bumps on them.go on the bottom. You will not be disappointed with this product. The 1st order arrived in shards so I was hesitant to reorder as the packaging was pretty lame. The second one arrived in perfect shape. It looks sturdy and substantial. We needed it so our drinks wouldn’t melt and this does the trick.
