They look fine, fit well. I am a size 16/18, ordered 2xl and no problems with fit. But they swish pretty loudly when you walk. I'm still keeping them bc I'm too lazy to return and they look flattering but I probably won't wear them much if I can't figure out how to unswish them.

I love these shorts. I live in Florida and walk 3-4 miles/day. These shorts are very comfortable, non binding and don't ride up during the walk. I have them in several colors and will probably be purchasing more colors. My only complaint is the price.

I am returning these, but only because they were a little longer than I expected, coming to just below my knee. The pockets were nice and deep, the other thing I didn't care for, but could have fixed myself if I kept them, was the drawstring around the bottom of the leg, as one other reviewer mentioned it doesn't really serve that much of a purpose. I would just have taken it out and they would have been fine otherwise. I just didn't want to mess with shortening them. ... show more

I have the hardest time finding shorts I love. These shorts are everything! They fit great, they breathe well, they are lightweight, they hit me at the knee (as a tall girl, that’s tough to find). I bought two pair after reading a ton of reviews on them. I came back two days later and am ordering two more. I might end up with a pair in every color. I am 5’9” and 190-195 pounds, wear size 14 jeans and I ordered the XL, which several other reviewers recommended. I’m so glad I didn’t follow the size chart and order the 2XL. They definitely would have been too big. The elastic in the waist is awesome. I read a review or two that mentioned the little gapping in the front, but that doesn’t bother me. I wear my shirts out (only tucked in for these photos so the shorts would be easier to see), and I know I’m a little pudgy, but whatever. They are so comfortable that a little thing like that isn’t going to bother me at all. Living where it’s hot and humid, jeans shorts work, but they’re so heavy and don’t breathe well. Unfortunately, until I found these, jeans shorts have been my only option in longer lengths. These shorts are going to be my go-to all summer long, for everything. ... show more
