It's up to you
Style Name: Ab Trainer
Place this in your walk in closet, each time you enter, drop and do 100, takes 2 min. In time you'll see results

Assemble instructions aren't very good but not really needed.
Style Name: Ab Trainer
Got this for my wife and she's very happy with it. Just took her a couple tries to figure it out since there's no instructions for ways to use it. And at first I thought it'd be harder to assemble but it just took a couple moments to figure out. Just make sure the holes are lined up as in the drawing.

Makes ab crunches easier
Style Name: Ab Trainer
I like that this simple machine keeps you in the correct position to really crunch those upper abs! The assembly instructions were not very good but I just looked at the picture of it on Amazon and that simplifies the assembly.

Construction not great but did its job
Style Name: Ab Trainer
I’ve used this at the gym and really swear by it to tone my abs. The construction of this ab rocker isn’t great. After assembled, it didn’t sit flush to the ground is a bit crooked. I know I assembled it correctly because you can’t really do it wrong. The head piece is too flat so I had to use a pillow on top of that. The arm area is too long which made it a bit awkward. If you don’t have a long upper body, you may need some time to adjust to it and find the best place to put your hands. Regardless, it got the job done. For the price, I’m glad I got it.

Great alternative to the other expensive home gym ab machines - gets the job done!
Style Name: Ab Trainer
Make sure to purchase this item as NEW instead of USED as the hardware you need to assemble it is always missing due to poor repackaging by the returner. This simple piece of equipment will help strengthen your core without gouging your wallet. This item is a great value

Easy to use but no adjusting. A little difficult to put together...even for my maintenance guy
