This is my second Bak cover. The first was installed on a 2018 Chev Colorado. When I traded that in on a 2024 Colorado I went with the Bak again. I get a little water inside going through a car wash, but not much. Installation is easy, but two people make it easier. It's solid and secure.

I have purchased covers made by this manufacturer in the past. Decided to try a different model this time for a new pickup I recently purchased. Received the cover, installed the rails, and then found that the two flimsy plastic trim caps on the tailgate end of the cover were broken, and the cover itself was warped and wouldn’t lay flat. Contacted Amazon customer service and they sent a replacement cover. Received the 2nd cover and found the same issue with the end caps. Not sure why the manufacturer decided to incorporate the plastic end caps in the design, but they are junk. Now I’m working with Amazon to try and return the original cover and the replacement - that’s been a huge headache so far. This manufacturer usually makes quality products, but I’d steer clear of this cover due to the poor design. ... show more

The product fits very well except that it is missing some hardware. Called customer service ad was put on hold for awhile. After waiting was transferred to sales team and was told that the hardware will be ship in two weeks. Three weeks have passed and nothing. Quick charging my credit card but slow in shipping missing parts. I purchase the parts that were missing since I installed the cover already. ... show more

It works. It covers the bed and seems to stops water pretty ok. Installation was easy, except, they didn't drill the holes for the buckles wide enough so that had to be done separately. The small board near the cab had 2 bumpers on it, except one fell off just by me brushing my hand against it.
