Color: The Vision
The media could not be loaded. This machine has been a load of fun to learn. I am exploring and getting to know this rather large and intimidating machine. I chose to go with the Vision because of the "industrial" nature assuming that my business will grow out of the Mirror rather quickly. I was also able to get a steal of a deal on Amazon prime days. The set up was easy with all the videos on getting started on YouTube that walks you through the whole process. One caveat, know that the Vision does not fit through standard doors and so I have had to set up shop in my garage. The machine is quite than I had expected, runs smoothly. The only problems have been human error and the support Customer Service team is quick to help. There is also a FB group that is ripe with experienced individuals that are excited to help out with any questions are learning issues. I am happy with my purchase and hope my bossiness grows so much that I will need more machines in the future (Here's hoping).

I have been a commercial embroiderer/digitizer for over 30 years and have used many other brands such as Tajima, Brother, etc. I have been watching BAI machines on the U.S. market and other embroiderers experiences for a few years before I decided to make the purchase. When I saw the BAi VisionV22-2, I knew it was time to do so. I was impressed with the design of the machine, I could tell it was built strong and was hoping it would do the job that my business needs. I made the purchase and the machine arrived quickly, quicker than Amazon date listed. It arrive in the crate and in great condition. Note that this is a heavy machine!!! I have dealt with larger machine in the past so it was not a big deal for me. I used a front end loader to lift the machine on the base I assembled. I suggest using a car engine lift. The machine has two shackles you can lift from. I had about one foot lift to my door way, In my experience it works well if you have to ability to build a ramp for heavy equipment. 2x12 and plywood work well. Making a ramp if you have a rise will save some frustrations especially if inn tight areas. Speed forward, LOL , Setup was east as I have been done this for many years. But if you are new to embroidery, I can be overwhelming. The great thing is there are tons on support videos from BAI and some Facebook groups. BAI support and communication has been great. Checking in and making sure everything is going ok on a regular basis. Now for the performance on the machine. I have no complaints. It is quiet sooth running machine. The stitching quality is awesome as well. Embroidering hats is the true test, and so far I am happy with quality and performance. The true test is durability of the machine and time will tell. I will come back in future to added my thoughts on this subject. The only slight negative in my view is there are no parts diagrams available for this machine. I do my own tech/repair work on my equipment and it would be very helpful to have. Also there are not any parts available to purchase from a web site. (Note: there so extra parts supplied with the machine which is a plus!) But BAI did assure me that they are here to support and have a tech department to help customers with any problems that arise. All in all, this is a great machine!

Actually I have a great experience with the machine, works good, the technical support team are so nice and helpful, the only bad thing is they work only on night, but they are nice and try help with any question... they sent me tutorials, a lot of videos to understand how works the machine. I absolutely love my machine! This machine is extremely well built. This has brought my embroidery work to another level. Support has been extremely helpful and kind! The Facebook Group is extremely helpful and a Bai representative even reached out to help me when I had posted trying to figure out what I was doing wrong on a hat (which was user error), they even reached out to walk me through a software upgrade which added some great new options! So impressed with the quality and service!!

We ordered the BAI Vision embroidery machine and were pleasantly surprised that the shipping was faster than the estimated delivery time shown online — a great first impression! Once we received the machine, everything was packaged well and in good condition. However, we did run into a small issue where the machine wasn’t trimming threads correctly. We reached out to BAI customer support, and they responded the same day — which is rare and very appreciated. A BAI engineer named Luke personally helped us troubleshoot the problem. He provided us with detailed, step-by-step video instructions and patiently walked us through the entire process. His guidance made the fix easy to understand, even for someone new to embroidery machines. Luke's support turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and confidence-building one. Overall, we’re very happy with the machine and especially with the support team behind it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality embroidery machine with excellent customer service! I’m a beginner with embroidery (I started in September 2025, and it’s now January 2026), and the BAI The Vision has been incredibly easy to learn and use. Even coming in with limited experience, I felt confident pretty quickly thanks to how user-friendly the machine is. What really stands out is the customer service. I use Luke Ren as my representative, and he responds immediately anytime I need help. Whether it’s troubleshooting or quick questions, the support has been unmatched. There are also BAI Facebook customer service groups that are extremely helpful, and the training videos are clear, straightforward, and beginner-friendly. Between the videos, the groups, and direct support, you’re never left feeling stuck.Overall, this machine has been a great investment for me as a beginner, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone starting out or looking to scale with confidence.
