So far it has been a great machine. Customer service for the BAI embroidery has been amazing!!! Our service tech, Chris Zhong, from the BAI company has been tremendous help getting the machine dialed in. If we can’t figure something out, we message him to help us and he will walk us through and help. I can’t say enough about his help. While we are beginners, we have only had the machine for a few weeks, we are diving into our first large order of embroidered sweatshirts. This machine is so far, easy to learn with the right programming. The set up was really easy too!!! There is a flash drive in the tool box it comes with. It would be helpful if it said somewhere on the crate to get into that for set up instructions as well found that after we had it all set up.

The media could not be loaded. I love that my rep Luke has been very helpful, even though the time barrier is a little stressful. I still get answers and video descriptions to my questions. The machine was too heavy for just 2 people. Had to call two extra hands to help place it on the leg. But I’m extremely happy with my purchase. All I need now is to learn how to digitize and we good to go.

The media could not be loaded. I would like to be honest with this progress. Overall fast delivery! My only issue was when I got the package I was missing the handles for the hoops. But I would say that the bai group on Facebook was a big help and Chris Zhong who helped me was very kind and fast. I received it within a week. He made sure everything came and he even sent me a gift too.! Been working with this machine for a week now and it’s been awesome !

My business grew quickly, but I wasn’t willing to spend 15-20k on a machine just yet. We went with this option and it has been amazing. Over a year and still working wonderfully. I learned how to run this machine wayyyy quicker than it took my to learn my flat bed brother embroidery machine. Customer service support team is top tier. They are quick to get you help. Just did an update and Chris Zhong helped me literally every step of the way. He is awesome, just like the rest of the team!! There are also Facebook groups you can turn to for help. Well worth the money, hopefully I’ll be buying my second one soon.
