This machine has been a load of fun to learn. I am exploring and getting to know this rather large and intimidating machine. I chose to go with the Vision because of the "industrial" nature assuming that my business will grow out of the Mirror rather quickly. I was also able to get a steal of a deal on Amazon prime days. The set up was easy with all the videos on getting started on YouTube that walks you through the whole process. One caveat, know that the Vision does not fit through standard doors and so I have had to set up shop in my garage. The machine is quite than I had expected, runs smoothly. The only problems have been human error and the support Customer Service team is quick to help. There is also a FB group that is ripe with experienced individuals that are excited to help out with any questions are learning issues. I am happy with my purchase and hope my bossiness grows so much that I will need more machines in the future (Here's hoping).

I absolutely love my machine! This machine is extremely well built. This has brought my embroidery work to another level. Support has been extremely helpful and kind! The Facebook Group is extremely helpful and a Bai representative even reached out to help me when I had posted trying to figure out what I was doing wrong on a hat (which was user error), they even reached out to walk me through a software upgrade which added some great new options! When I was researching which commercial embroidery machine I should get, the bai brand never made it on the list. But then you look at who was writing the reviews and you see it was a brand ambassador for those larger more well-known machines. I decided to take a chance and get the new bai Vision V22 single-head machine for a fraction of the price of the other ones. I am so happy that I went with bai! This machine is amazing and I have had no issues with it at all. I have embroidered over 20 garments already and have only had the normal thread tension adjustments to worry about. I am not sure what complaints that anyone would have with the new Vision V22. If you are on the fence because of the price, do not worry. The bai machine is solid. Another great surprise has been the customer support that bai offers. My support engineer, Leo, has been nothing but amazing. He checks in with me to make sure things are going well. If I need him, I just send him a message and he gets back to me immediately. So happy that I took the step to get a bai.

I can’t say enough about this machine. Let me say that I am a complete beginner and this is my first embroidery machine. I went with the bai v22 because it had great reviews and I wanted the more industrial version. The software is very easy to use and navigate. I thought I would struggle bad not knowing anything about embroidery but I have had a great experience so far. I joined a bai group on facebook and there were so many people willing to help with any and all issues, most issues are new people not knowing what to do lol. I watched a ton of videos on YouTube before purchasing to see if I felt like it was something I was capable of doing. And there is a ton of awesome videos to learn how to use it. The only downside to this wonderful machine is the weight. It is 700lbs+ and you need 4 very strong guys to be able to lift it on to the stand. Once it was in place I was able to get it up and running in no time. The customer service is beyond amazing only down side is they are in China so they respond in the evening which is fine with me, but they are always asking me how my machine is running and if I have any questions. My only regret with this machine is not getting the 2 head version, that will be my next purchase when I get the funds and a bigger location. If you are considering this machine you won’t be disappointed!

Like most people that have been researching embroidery machines, the price of Bai made me worry about the quality and there were so many no name brands in the same price range. But after speaking with others that own it, they had nothing but great things to say so I pulled the trigger on the purchase. First thing to take note of it the weight of this machine. I had to move my whole operation to the garage because there was no way I was getting a 750 lbs machine up my stairs. It comes pretty dialed in and you just need to make some minors tweaks to get rolling. I’d highly recommend joining the FB group and reading up on the common issues before receiving your machine so you can start making money immediately. Mine paid for itself in 6 weeks. I’d highly recommend as an entry level commercial machine.

This is a great machine. The machine is a work horse and even more so the support after purchase by the BAI team is AMAZING! Any issues that I have, mostly from my inexperiences, have been solved by the team quickly (shoutout to Chris)! I'm super pleased with this machine and its capabilities. The V22 is great for hats too! It doesn't have auto threading or a camera/laser to easily center designs, but in my opinion those are "nice to haves" and at this price, this machine does everything I want and more. 10/10 would purchase again. it is very sturdy. I gave 4 stars for beginners, because while this machine is easy to learn, in general embroidery is a difficult craft to learn, and a 15 needle is a beast.
