I've bought several refurbished phones from various sellers and they are all great. I was concerned with this one because evidently they don't use an Apple battery and you keep getting warnings about the fact that they can't tell you if it needs service. So far this battery does great. As long as you're connected to wireless, it barely dips below the 90s. I do charge it every day, but no issues with this phone or battery. I much prefer paying a few hundred dollars for a refurbished phone than paying $1,200 bucks to the service provider for an "upgrade".

The Phone came in Excellent condition, no scratches, etc. came with screen saver. Brought to service using Consumer Cellular........Did Not need Sim card with this iphone 11. Only problem, I can hear incoming calls, but the caller cannot hear me..............did many resets, and checking all options. Looks like this phone came with defective microphone. In process of returning.......hope this process goes smoothly. Will buy another phone from same seller........hope it works.........you just never know with refurbished products.

I was really nervous to purchase this, especially after reading other people's reviews. The phone I received has a battery maximum capacity of 78%, not 80% or above as promised. Physically it is in great condition, no scratches to the screen or body. Call quality is fine, camera is fine, speaker is fine, so giving it 3 stars instead of a 2 for that, but super disappointed about the battery health. Only buy if you're willing to settle or pay for your battery to be replaced.
