    • Good machine, not easy to get started with but good customer support.
I bought this machine to be able to embroider my products faster. It definitely is fast and good quality. Not very easy to get started with due to a lack of information in the manual but the customer service is pretty good and after two weeks of fine tuning, the machine is now running at full speed.
