Yes it ended up a easy install. The instructions in the Box were not clear enough for me. I watched a couple of YouTube videos. Still couldn't get it. But I came across Papa Place video on YouTube. And he explained the installation step by step. And I had it installed in 20 minutes. Could have been faster, but I had to search for a couple of tools. ( I Installed the Chute Blocker on a 2024 Bad Boy Maverick HD Zero turn mower. With a 54 inch deck. But the 60 inch deck has the same size Chute. And it bolted on the mower deck where I took the Chute flap off. Didn't have to drill any new holes. And I can easily take the Chute Blocker off and re-install the Chute Flap and make the mower original at any time. ... show more

Must have for mowing around homes and vehicles, the chute blocks debris from flying out ,but is easy to open with the handle when In open areas.

    • Awesome concept, misleading advertising
This product seemed awesome and may still be if I can get it installed. It is advertised to fit all bad boy mowers however I'm going to have to drill holes to install it on my MZ Magnum 54 in because the holes don't line up with the original discharge. Was hoping for a much simpler install. Only reason I'm not returning it is because I don't want the aggrivation of having to disassemble and repackage it. We'll see how it works. ... show more

    • Does exactly what any deck dam is supposed to do
Large cemetery 10 years of mulching masses of leaves with midmount grasshopper 225 mowers with grasshopper deck dams. The ACS works just as well on 61in bad boy elite mowers. Get a system going with your rows of leaves and I mean like when there is a lot of leaves. Down in/on sunken flat headstones and more. Large cemetery. Have sharp blades. Cut tall/thick grass covered with leaves first with dam open then come back through the leaves. Raise/lower deck. Whichever let's your mower not bog too much or if you don't need to be in a hurry go snail speed! Would totally buy again. A bit pricey. Easy install. Non-certified non-mechanic here ... show more

Product was missing the mounting hardware to attach it to the mower deck, the spacers which help elevate the chute so it aligns with the bottom of the mower deck, and lube for the spacers and hardware. Paper instructions it came with made zero sense so watched some YouTube videos in the process of assembling it. Such a waste of time trying to install this only to find it is missing pieces. I have a 2024 Bad Boy Avenger which is listed as compatible but I wasn't seeing how the mounting holes will line up with the three holes on my mower deck. Guess we will see. I'll update on the second box that arrives this week. Possibly the entirely wrong model was sent. ... show more
