I chose this back massager out of several I had picked out due to it having the heating option. The first and only day I used it, i done so a couple times through out the day using heat and massage both times. I was disappointed with the heat. I couldn't even tell I turned that option on. The next day, my back was so sore and tender from the rolling massage balls being so hard. I was disappointed in this massager.

I am happy with this product because it is lightweight, it is reasonably priced, it is easy to use, & it works well! I have issues with my shoulders & lower back & I find that it helps me when I am having pain or feel like I have a knot that needs to be worked on. I recommend this product.
