I used to work for a company that sold shiatsu massagers and massage chairs. I can honestly say you wont find a better massage tool for this price, especially if you catch it on sale for $40! I bought one and it has been working overtime every day since. I wake up feeling better than ever! This massager gets muscle knots out quickly and feels comforting with the heat modes. The thing that sets this one apart from all the rest has got to be the "landing strip" that warms up. The flat part and its warming up feature is the one detail that really sets this massager apart from the rest. I didnt think too much of that when researching, but now that ive tried the product myself, I now know this is what I will look for in massagers moving forward. The length and size is perfect, flat part warms up the spine while the nodes are rubbing my neck which feels heavenly after a long day working on the computer. Flip it the other way and the landing strip positions the massage nodes perfectly on my shoulder blades and muscle knot area because the flat part keeps it in the correct position while sitting upright in chair. The engineering, design, construction is very simple yet well thought out and functions better than expected. The ONLY con I have; I wish that it didnt automatically shutoff so quickly or change speeds. Other than having to press the button every 10-15 mins to keep it on, this item is a flawless must have! Especially for anyone working physically demanding jobs. I loved this product so much I immediately bought one for my mom and sister and had it shipped to them. Now were all obsessed! Spread the word and stock up while you can. I would recommend this massage tool for anyone but especially helpful for those with stiff shoulders, muscle knots, back pain, neck pain, or if you have sore joints it feels amazing to use this thing on your arms, knees and legs. The massager is a bit heavy but is perfect for relaxing my back. The heating function is great. The only downside IMO is the size could be just a bit larger...i have to reposition the device frequently to reach all areas of my back that are sore.

This is my first day using this device and I can already tell it's going to be in my daily rotation. I suffer from chronic muscle pain and tension in part due to a genetic condition so it really doesn't change even if I improve my posture and fitness. Massages from humans are great but don't really make a dent in the pain and tension when it's a chronic issue. Even after one day I feel like it's made a difference and am so happy I found this. It shuts off automatically after 15 minutes to protect the product from overheating to preserve its lifespan. You'll definitely want to use it for longer than 15 minutes so I guess that's something to keep in mind when considering how long this massager will last. I wouldn't be mad about having to reorder it a year from now though considering the price and effectiveness. ... show more

My husband loves this! He just recieved it on Father's day 2023. He told me that the warming feature is really nice and he likes that it's a deep rub. If you are sensitive and don't like deep tissue then this is not for you. I also love that you can turn this upside down and use it for your neck. The only thing that I don't like is it has 3 different intensity settings. They are all exactly the same. Neither one of us feels a difference when you change the intensity levels. I bought this on sale for $40 (it's not the pro version that they also sell) at $40 this is a great product but with out being able to change the intensity I would not pay more then that when not on sale.
