It's pretty great if you want a shiatsu type massage to loosen up your muscles. The heat is pretty much useless though with the fabric keeping your spine further away from the heating where it can barely be felt. It's a little heavy, but compact in size. I was thoroughly confused by the fact that the cord looks detachable. I got my hopes up that it could be used wirelessly, but it can't.

I have used several back massaging machines. This one is fine - not exceptional - and its major benefit is that it is fairly compact and multiuse, insofar as it can be used on various parts of the body. There are four rotating nub massagers that can have their direction reversed (quick press on the power button). They are hard plastic covered with fabric. That, along with optional heat use are the only ‘features’ for the massager: no intensity or speed modulation or programs. The cover (which is not removable) is synthetic stretch fabric on one side and pleather on the other. There is a strap that can be used to attach the massager to the back of a suitably sized chair.

This Burrki Back Massager with Heat is exactly what I was looking for in a massage pad. I've previously used a full-size massage mat in my office chair but when I upgraded my chair, the mat no longer fit comfortably. This massager is limited in features, by comparison, but it is so lightweight and easy to reposition that it is much more versatile that mats that are intended to be put, and left, in place on a chair. The controls are easy to understand and remember. You can turn the heat on/off and you can reverse the direction of the rollers - that's it. The roller heads are advertised as free floating and I did find that they conform well to different areas of the body regardless of which way you have the pad turned. I'm able to use this easily while sitting in my office chair without using the expandable strap to attach it to the chair back. Just placing it loosely behind me allows me to lean forward slightly to reposition it if I want to use it on more than a single area during a 15 minute massage session. This product is not wireless but the cord is reasonably long so I can use it from my office chair or on the couch without difficulty. It does not come with a storage sack but several of the drawstring backpack style bags I've accumulated over the years fit it well. Alternately, you could keep it in the original packaging, which includes a small handle at the top. If you don't have space for a larger massage mat or are considering a gift for someone who may not want to have a larger mat always sitting around, this is a good choice. Yes, you can find larger, fancier mats with more functions but If you want something simple and straight-forward to use that doesn't take up much space when you're not using it - consider this one.
