I absolutely love all the different features it has. It's got 10 vibration motors with 3 vibration speeds, multiple different heat settings and 5 different program features, a 20-minute auto timer which is awesome! This product relieved my back pain for sure and is great for sensitive backs. I found it very helpful for releasing the tension in my back. There are numerous different setting combinations I can do which gives me an endless number of options to try. I also love that you don't have to just use it in a chair but can use it in a car or lying down in bed too. I would highly recommend this product 10 out of 10. Surprisingly, this back massager is very soothing, especially after an active day. Each of the 5 unique massages, together with the heat choice, really relaxe your body. My favorite is number 5. It automatically goes through each different massage, completes the entire cycle, then shuts off. It's easy to operate, even allowing you to choose to stay with a particular massage. It covers from the neck to the thighs. I put it on our lounge chair, even though it is more suited to a hard pack chair. I used a bungee cord to keep the back up against the padded back. It's a draw for my husband too, he uses it at least once a day for one or two cycles. Each full cycle goes for about ten minutes, and is pretty quiet. It's also easy to sit on even without using the massage feature. I definitely and highly recommend this massager, hands down.

The vibration and heat was not quite what I expected, but i am a big guy, and it does the job. It it definitely makes a positive impact, and hits all the right spots at the same time, again, I'm heavy but average height. I got one for my father-in-law after he said how much he liked mine. The cushion is very comfortable, and the flexible charger options make it really easy to use.

Want a great massage? This is for you! I have had multiple back surgeries & have sciatica big time! This is NOT medical advice!! I like that you control the settings. You can or don't have to use the heat part of the massager. My husband had installed this in our car in 5 minutes! There is a small pouch on the right bottom side that holds the control when not in use or as you are using it. There is a 20 minute timer that turns itself on when you start using the massager. It shuts off at the 20 minute mark. I didn't notice it had turned off a couple of times when using, as you get a little tingly feel good feeling in your back & legs. There are 5 settings for strength intensity & you can choose which areas you want the massager to focus on. You really need to try this for yourself, as no two people are alike & have various needs. You can use this in the car or house.

The reason for my purchase was that I supper from low back pain that radiates to my hips. I recently traveled 21hr car ride and this life saver helped along the way the heat it provides is so amazing and it stays warm enough to provide relief, the depth of the tissue massaged was perfect, I did find myself using it more often to help me with the 21hr car ride, BUT the relief it gave me , the reality soreness did not have a chance against this massager, it did its job, highly recommend it when traveling long distances, has a car adapter, the massager maintained its durability with frequent use thru out the whole trip,
