Initial order was missing the power adapter. Seller was quick and courteous in replying to my concern and sent me a whole new massager and extended my warranty! Makes me forget the whole initial issue. Massager works well and being short it is difficult to find one that isn't too high to help my neck. Highly recommend.

This back massager is the BEST!!! It is capable of giving a very deep tissue/back massage (which I absolutely Love)….or if you prefer a lighter touch - you can adjust the settings to your own preference! You can also choose “upper” or “lower” back if you want to concentrate on a particular area. It certainly helps work out the knots/tension in my back & gives me some good pain relief! I actually purchased 4 of these back massagers - I bought 3 before Christmas for our 3 sons & their spouses & after trying out my youngest son’s massager - I bought one for myself around the 1st of the year! I truly recommend this - It’s an excellent massager at a reasonable price….and I am totally happy with it! A+++++

Not worth the cost! The cool settings do absolutely NOTHING! The highest settings are just moderate vibrations that I’ve gotten from much cheaper ones I’ve bought. It offers no relief to the back of my neck like I was hoping. The vibrations aren’t near enough or intense enough to really help with the back of my neck where I needed it the most! I hate returning things so I’m stuck with it now! Do NOT RECOMMEND! Oh, and the slightest movement it becomes unplugged.

I received a card for Christmas with $100 tucked inside for a massage at a local massage place. I opted instead to purchase this massager to use multiple times instead of the one time massage that would cost about the same. I am very happy with my decision. Each night after dinner I sit in my chair and get the most relaxing massage. The moving knobs in the massage do a great job of hitting all the right spots, especially on the lower back. Many times I go for a second round using the spot control to do my lower back again. My only wish is that the heat on this massager was just a little warmer. It warms up, but I like it to be hot.
