The JOJOPEPE Back Massager W/ Heat is an O.K. heat massager as it sits 28 inches high & is 15 inches wide. It comes with a power cord for your house & an auto cord that plugs into your cigarette lighter for use in your car. The massaging technique is somewhat comfortable with 5 program settings that focus on your upper & lower back, your shoulders, your thighs & your neck. but keep in mind, this IS NOT a Shiatsu that kneads with balls. This is a massager that offers heat & massage, but I've experienced with the heat that it doesn't get quite hot enough to sooth my aching back muscles. The timer is set for 15 minutes with an auto shutoff. The back & seat padding on this massager could be more comfortable. All-in-all, I like some features/functions on this back massager & some I don't like. I could go into more details but let's just say for the price it's being offered at, you can't go wrong. I'm giving this back massager w/ heat a 4-star rating & a buy recommendation.

I got this back massager to use in the chair in the evenings in front of the television for relaxation. The type of chair it works best with is in between a dining table chair and a wide, soft sofa. Fits well with my home office chair. The vibration is fine but can be annoying if you are in an awkward position. There are three vibration speeds (low, medium, high), and they are a little difficult to ascertain on the remote. The heat is not strong. My heating pad gives off more heat. The cord can be used in the wall or plugged in to your car. If using it at home, you probably will need an extension cord unless you are relatively close to an outlet since the cord is only about 4-5 feet long. There are velcros to strap it to your chair. Overall, if you would like some massage and heat for relaxation, this could be a good product for you.

I got this JOJOPEPE massager for my husband. He uses it mainly in the car. He absolutely loves it, especially the heat feature. It is super nice especially when it is chilly outside. Heats up fast and feels wonderful. He also loves the power of the massage features and it works really well without being uncomfortable to sit on. Much better than the rolling kneading ball type of massager that can be uncomfortable to sit on. It is very customizable to fit whatever area you want to have a massage, heat or both.

This COULD have been a really amazing product. I love the idea of heating and vibrating, with the vibration in different zones and in different intensities. An aftermarket seat warmer for your car that costs way less than a factory installed seat warmer would be great too. But I have a few issues. The biggest is simply that the vibrators make the seat lumpy to sit on. You can't leave it on your chair all day long, but have to remove it when not in use - I would really have preferred something I could leave on my chair all the time and just turn on when I was cold or stiff, like the built-in seat warmers in a car. The other gripes are fairly minor - some mismatches between the instructions and the actual device (lots of references to a lumbar support airbag that just isn't there as far as I can tell); a strong chemical smell when it comes out of the bag; the elastic straps behave a bit oddly if the sides of your chair aren't exactly vertical.
