I love that it can massage my whole back or I can do have it target specific areas. That is probably the best feature of it. The build quality of this product at this price is amazing. Very minimal assembling and very easy to use. While generally you would strap it to a chair I also found it comfortable to have it laying flat on a yoga mat. Its functionality is also better than I expected. You have many different modes to choose between and all that can be done with a click of a button on the remote control it comes with. Oh also did I mention there is a option to turn on heating. Overall this product is worth every penny and I highly recommend this product.

The massager is well made with clear instructions. This back massager actually kneads your back, like a deep tissue massage. It has kneading balls that move up and down to massage your muscles. The massage consists of 2 sets of 4 roller balls that rotate on each size of your spine. I found the spot massage option to be the best on my back. Recommend for tight low back muscles. It has the heat function if desired. There are a few different modes to choose from as well in terms of the vibration, the heat, and the node rotations. It has a velcro strap that you can use to secure to a chair. Nice design! Highly recommend it if you would like to enjoy a relief massage.
