60 years ago I was jumping out of perfectly good operational aircraft with 50 pounds of combat gear. Now I am paying the price. This massager is perfect because it is adjustable in motions and intensity. It does not hurt you in an attempt to heal you. I enjoy it every morning and evening. You will too.

I appreciate the ease of use and ability to change zones quickly and easily, as well as the option of adding heat. I've fallen asleep on this, and it has an automatic shutoff, which is helpful.

This fits well on my office chair but it's extremely loud and it vibrates, it does not massage. I was hoping for a rolling massage, and this does not do that. It is a vibrating chair pad, not a massaging chair pad. It's so loud I wouldn't be able to use it at work.
