DO NOT go by product size recommendations. I have a 31" waist. Didn't think I was X-Small, but the company said X-Small is 31"-33", so I shrugged and bought that size. I could not even make the two ends of the belt meet around my waist. Returned X-Small and ordered Small, which I was told was for waists 33"-38" inches. This one barely fit, but really too snug for daily wear. Back it goes, and now I am ordering a Medium, which is where I should have been in the first place. SILVER LINING: I would not have reordered this belt twice if I did not think it would work as advertised. It does! JUST BE SURE TO KNOCK AT LEAST 3"-5" INCHES OFF COMPANY'S SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS. Knowing that SMALL barely fits a guy with a 31" waist, you can do your own calculations. P.S. I only gave the brace a 1-star rating so it would be read. If the company changes its size recommendations, I'd give it at least 4-stars.
