This did give my back some support, relieving some pressure that I have in my lower back. The brace is a little more on the flexible side versu rigid support. Additionally, the sizing (I ordered the biggest size) was quite large, and it fit well in that aspect. The mesh is a nice touch, as it is breathable and not not as likely to trap heat in, thus not making you sweat as much as other fabrics. I like that it covers a large amount of space, so that I'm able to get my upper hips and lower back.

Worth the price? 3/5 Would I buy again? 3/5 I've been dealing with back pain for a very long time. One of the issues hits the lower back pretty hard at times. I recently had pains sever enough to consider getting a brace. I found this and wanted to try it out. The brace itself is well made and pretty effective. I wish there were less straps, but it's fine. What gets me is the price - it's a little pricier than other back braces I've owned. All in all, it's not bad though - it definitely helps with my back pain.
