I got this brace to help with standing or walking for longer than usual periods of time. It's easy to put on and has these side straps to cinch it even more snug for better fit and support. When I first tried it on, my immediate thought (vain as it was) was how small it made my waist look! But unlike other waist cinchers, this brace actually feels comfortable and when I wore it, it really helped my back. I was surprised how much longer I could go without getting sore or having pain later on. I'm very happy with my purchase. My only suggestion for women is to wear something under it...even if just a thin tank top. It fits snug enough that it can be irritating to sensitive skin if worn for prolonged periods of time. ... show more

I’ve worn this to work everyday for the past month. It’s comfortable enough to be worn directly on the skin so I can hide it under my clothes. It doesn’t get in the way of my activities which involves carry heavy loads. It keeps my back straight and constantly reminds me to get into good posture before lifting anything from the ground.
