This waist trainer is comfortable to wear and fairly easy to adjust when putting on or actively wearing. The boning, while supportive, is not overly rigid. While wearing this, it will be more difficult to slouch or bend, which makes it a great support for better posture. The material itself does not breathe very well, as it is all synthetic and some sections are fairly thick. Make sure to wear it on top of some fabric under layer (like a tank top, slip, T-shirt, etc.) so that you will not have any irritation from trapped sweat or chafing.

I recently had a 3 day stay in the hospital for a few bulging discs. This brace has been fantastic to have since my discharge from the hospital. The size is basically a one size fits most and is very adjustable. There are two more adjustable straps that you can adjust the amount of support that works for you. This thing works fantastic for pain relief and keeping things in order. Its a stretchy fabric that seems pretty durable. It keeps my back and posture stable. Its very lightweight and hides easily under my shirt. The little pad in the middle is a harder material wrapped in the same fabric that adds extra support. This has been fantastic for me to use and provides great support and pain relief

My back always gets sore after doing simple things that I don’t do everyday. One a month I take 5 cases of bottled water from my car trunk to my basement, when finished my back is sore and I have to take a hot shower for relief. Today I used the brace for the first time I put it on 2 minutes before unloading my car and took it off about 5 minutes after I finished the job. Usually I’d be in the recliner for 30 minutes then I’d be off to the shower. This time I felt fine and my das has gone on as if I never did the work. I’m not going to push it to see what I can get away with but for simple tasks than can’t be overlooked I will continue to use this back brace I wish I thought of it before.
