I really like using this brace to help with my lower back pain. It's easy to put on, and very sturdy, but seems to be made slightly small. I am still able to use it. It's easy to remove and doesn't take up a lot of drawer space. Nice material too.

I got this brace to aid in supporting my core muscles while rebuilding strength. I really appreciate how the main brace is so stretchy and supportive--it stretches to conform, but doesn't overstretch, so I haven't encountered any loosening, and I haven't had any issues with accidentally going too tight, either. It's pretty stiff, so I still enlist my partner's help when putting the main piece on! The secondary strap is a great addition, because you can strap it down lower if you need--like to stabilize your SI joint, or hips, or lower back. It's much easier to adjust how you need it, and to readjust when necessary. I haven't encountered any problems with itching or scratching from the velcro, and I haven't experienced any overheating or skin irritation. I recommend this supportive brace as an aide (not a permanent crutch)
