I got this for my mom's partner, and we measured his waist before ordering this side. His waist size is supposed to fall in the middle of the waist range for the large size, but when we got it it looked like he was wearing one size too small! It did fit, but the overlap was no more than 4 inches, at most. He said it still felt supportive and helped with his back pain, though.

I ordered this back brace/support to hopefully help with my lower back pain caused by have severe stenosis, bulging discs and scoliosis. What I like most about this is it forces me to maintain better posture which physical therapy recommended highly. The brace helps me to comfortably do that. I also feel that wearing it somewhat imitates the reduced range of motion my spine will have after fusion surgery so I can learn now how to manage that. I ordered an XL and was worried it would be enormous and bulky but you can barely tell when I have it on under my clothes which makes it perfect for work. However, I don't think this XL would fit someone much larger than me. (I'm a 5'6" female and weigh 172.) I love the extra velcro strap that you use to tighten the brace to your level of comfort. I did not like how it felt with the bones added so I use it without. Admittedly, I am not doing much physical labor; those may be very helpful if you are. Overall this brace/support works well and is reasonably priced. If you are suffering through back pain, this is definitely worth a try!

This is a pretty nicely designed back support belt in my opinion. It has room for four vertical stays, and they provided four extra in the bag, which I thought was a nice touch. These are removable, so you can take them out if you don't want that firm of support, or if you're only wanting to use it for compression. This belt has a double adjustment and support feature. You secure the main large panel with velcro, and then there is an additional set of smaller velcro panels that when cinched up and secured in the front tighten the woven straps in the back. That just feels amazing once both sets are tightened and secured. I think this belt provides for some pretty decent support and stability. It’s comfortable to wear, and so far I haven’t noticed any folding or slipping when I use it. This is perfect for when I do outside yard chores that require some heavy lifting. I also just like wearing it for better posture and support. It’s probably one of the better quality back belts I have tried in recent years.

Ever since I damaged my siatic nerve a few years ago I've had reoccurring lower back and leg issues. I've had to wear a back brace to alleviate some of the strain, but the brace I had didn't have enough support. This product feels a hundred times better and has the benefit of replacement support rods showing for different levels of flexibility. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this product.

Being on the larger side it was always difficult to find a back support brace that would fit me properly and I found this WellSync Back Support was not only large enough but also very comfortable to wear. It seems to be made out of good material that should hold up for a long time and my only complaint is the same with any product like this which seems to attract lint like a magnet. I'm not exactly certain why they give you both metal and plastic supports but then again options are nice to have.

This is a well made and comfortable back brace. It comes with 4 stays already inserted as well as 4 additional plastic stays that can be swapped out for whatever works the best for you. I have a lot of lower back issues after years of abuse so I need the support when lifting to keep from hurting myself. This one has two velcro straps that can be adjusted to fit your size. The material is comfortable and it seems fairly breathable I made the mistake when ordering and got the wrong size for me, so I gave this one to my wife and ordered a larger one for myself. She also has back issues. This provided good support keeping her posture correct to not strain her back too much. The stays help keep the right amount of pressure and support. This will definitely give me more confidence doing any kind of physical work

This is a large back brace made of mesh material that allows ventilation in the waist. There are 4 steel-strips and 4 spare hard-plastics ones in the package. They provide choices of different resilience to the brace. This brace provides a hard supporting area to the back at 9x12 inches. The brace pushes the sore muscle on my back and reduced pain in the muscles. There are also 2 lines of loops of Velcro parts in the center that might allow attachment of extra patches to the brace. This brace is symmetric that means it works in either directions.
