Loved this dryer WHILE IT WORKED! But it Burned out after about 4 months of use about 3 to 4 times a week. At $160 this dryer should have lasted a couple years especially with the amount of use I give it. I work from home so, I air dry my hair for a few hours before using the dryer (if I use it at all). I would say on average I used it about 3 times a week. I can not believe it has burned out already!!!! Turned it on this morning and it just started smoking and the smell was horrible. I live alone so I know no one else has used it or damaged it. And I always ran it on cool for a bit before shutting it down. At this time I would advise you not to waist your money!!!! (UPDATE 4-17-2023) Called the seller and they said the dryer has a 5 year warranty and they started a claim for me. I was told I should get an email in 3-5 days with a mail-back label in it. I am to send the burned out dryer back and they will send a new one on receipt of the old one. Long time to go without a hair dryer but at least they say they will replace it. I will update after receiving a new dryer. (UPDATE 5-5-2023) Well here I am STILL WAITING for the Conair Claims department to contact me with shipping label to send burned out hair dryer back to get the new one. I just had my 6th phone call with Conair customer support who keep telling me that they will escalate the issue to get it resolved. But I get No Communications about them following through on the warranty. This dryer burned out at less than 4 months of my useage and they are not honoring the 5 year warranty yet! I called them April 17th, April 24th, May 1st, May 2nd (because the manager who was suppose to call me back in an hour on the 1st, never did), received a manager call back on the 2nd after my demands to speak to a manager, still no results even though each call results in promises of escalation. My most recent call was today May 5th, when I was once again promised escalation and asked to give it a couple more days!!!!!! (UPDATE 6/9/2023) Finally, they came through. After all my calls I finally received a replacement, by the start of June. It Is Sad they’re response was so hard to come by! A customer should not have to spend so much time fighting for a company to honor their 5 year warranty just about 3 months into ownership!

I’m a professional hairstylist and while using this blow dryer, it caught fire where the cord goes into the blow drying unit. I contacted Amazon because they are the direct seller on this product and because it was outside the 30 days they would not refund my money. I am waiting to hear from the manufacturer.

Como profesional de la belleza no lo recomiendo. Empezando por la boquilla, es muy amplia y no es estable. No siento que avanzo con los secados, por el precio es una burla. El flujo de aire se dispersa, ya que la ranura de la boquilla es amplia y no es estable. Al no tener escobillas el motor no enciende rápido. He tenido mejores secadores de cabello y más económicos.
