I absolutely love these rollers!!! I've had them for about six months or so and they've been amazing every time I've used them. It does take a little bit of practice if you've never used hot rollers before but it's not too difficult. I got the set of 20 w/ the 3 different sizes and I love them. I generally use about 15-18 of them each time, and I have a lot of hair. The different sizes give me more volume and texture and that's exactly what I'm looking for when I curl my hair! I usually shower the night before and let my hair air dry with a leave in conditioner. In the morning I brush out my hair (it becomes a frizzy mess at this point) and spray some heat protectant in. I put them all in, leave them for a half hour, blast them with a blow drier again, cool down for another 10minutes or so, and hair spray them as soon as I take them out. I then flip my head over and run my hands through them a bit and I'm set! Sometimes I'll put one or two more rollers in if there's a small section I want more volume in once my hair is parted but I feel like this is so much easier than straightening or curling your hair with regular hot tools. I can usually get all my makeup done by the time my hair is finished and that's amazing! ... show more

FINALLY a company made a great set of large size rollers that are not covered with the ridiculous “flocking.“ I was traveling outside of the country and some airport screeners wouldn’t let me take my old set In my carry on (electrical item restrictions). Ever since I tried to replace my old set and found out that Helen of Troy/Hot Tools discontinued its non-flocked travel set, I have been looking for a new option. Don’t buy these thinking you are going to get spiral curls. They are too big for that. These are made for soft waves of curls. I also use them to smooth out my wavy hair to keep down frizz and give a straight hair look (just take them out sooner and brush out curls). They don’t get too hot which probably keeps hair damage to a minimum. However, it also means that you need to use smaller sections of hair. At first, I thought they were too many rollers, but 10 is the perfect number. The design is great and is as compact as possible. My only complaint is that the case needs a pocket for the metal clips. You have to stuff them in with the rollers. I have dropped several rollers already – – it happens – – and they seem durable. Thank you for making these! ... show more

I love BaByliss tools, I've used them for years, but these rollers were a disappointment. I tried to use these three times, and the only thing consistent was their faults. I let them heat up while I showered, which is plenty of time. Half of the rollers were barely warm, and a few were too hot to touch. I left them in until they were all cool to the touch, and they still did not curl my hair. I have a lot of layers and my hair is not heavy, so this should have worked. Still, my hair was barely wavy. I was very excited using these curlers for the first 2 times. Then on the third time, the product would not work. I called the customer service number and it is the company policy that the consumer must pay the shipping to return this product to the service center, where it will be checked out, and then a new set would be sent if necessary. BaBylissPRO Nano Titanium Rollerd MODEL# BABNTCHV15 DIAMETER: 1.5" Jumbo (set of 12) SEXY, SHINY FULL HAIR? - NO PROBLEM! Heats fast, in about 5 minutes. You will know it's ready when the little red dot on the indicator roller turns white. Rolling hair takes me 5-10 minutes max. I have very long hair. In as little as 10 minutes setting time - gorgeous shiny curls! I can set my hair, do my makeup or just relax. I can leave it in longer for more wave, longer lasting curl but usually I'm going for volume not necessarily defined curls. But I like that I'm able to change up my style. I do love no matter how long they stay in, no tight sausage curls or spirals (thankfully!). These are large diameter "Jumbo" rollers. Don't freak when you first remove them from your hair - It's going to seem tight and defined, then they loosen into these gorgeous bouncy waves/curls. Makes my hair look thick, full.. sexy. And the shine is incredible. I cannot get this look with a curling iron, and this isn't damaging - the rollers are flocked and it doesn't heat up like a curling iron. It works by using gentle heat for a longer period of time. The 12 rollers in this set are all the same jumbo size, which I specifically wanted. 1.5" in diameter which means if you rolled a piece of hair around the roller one time - it would use 5"of length, two times around the roller is 10" of length. It's the same as a large barrel 1.5 curling iron but a very relaxed curl/wave. What I really LOVE is when I've had my hair in a pony tail/clip and wake up with dents, frizz, or just royally bad bed head - I brush it out, roll all my hair and it "forgets" the bad hair day I started with and ends up shiny, full and bouncy. Amazing! The longer you leave them in, the tighter & defined the curl/wave. They come with wire clips AND claw clips. I prefer the wire clips as the claw sometimes leaves a dent. Use a hairspray like Loreal Elnett (sold on Amazon).. it holds but you can run fingers through to fluff. The key is after you remove rollers, let your hair cool. Then shake it out and loosen. I like to leave the hair around my face unrolled and do that lightly with a flat iron. Look on YouTube for tutorials and styling hints with hot rollers. All 12-rollers are the same 1-1/2" size, heat up fast; if I leave rollers in until they have cooled the curl last into the next day on my shoulder length hair, I like a softer curl so I take the rollers out after a couple minutes; comes with both clips and pins (pins I use on rollers at front of my head to avoid clip marks on hair, I put a pin on each side of the roller and roller stays in place; clips adequately hold the rollers in place also); unit does not take up much space on my counter, the red light reminds me to turn it off and unplug; red-dot on one roller (only) indicates when rollers are hot; only used a couple weeks, if it will be long lasting, I would highly recommend. ... show more
