I had the black version of this product for about 3.5 years and never had any issues, I dropped it and was bummed but thought hey, let me buy a new one. No biggie. Well the new one came broken... Ok no worries, defects happen so I got a replacement and it works fine but the teeth arent as sharp and it pulls hair, leaving red marks and irritation.
