Description

Why use a foil shaver over a traditional razor? Foil shavers are designed to create an even shave without risk of nicks or cuts. They are less cumbersome and quicker to use than traditional razors. Can I shave my beard with a foil shaver? Foil shavers are designed to cut short stubble (hair that's 1/32" or shorter). To shave your beard: First use a trimmer to create short stubble, then follow up with the foil shaver for a close, smooth finish. How do I clean my foil shaver? To clean, remove the foil head by holding the foil release button and pulling up on the foil head, revealing the cutting blade(s). Brush off any hair and debris from the cutters, then follow up with a disinfecting spray before replacing the head. How often do I need to replace my foil head? Frequency of replacement is dependent on frequency of use. Foils and cutters should be replaced every 6-12 months, or as soon as a decline in performance occurs.

As an African American I used to get razor bumps so I could never shave with a razor but I wanted a close shave similar to a razor. This thing does just that. Long as you cut the hairs down pretty good with your clippers when you go over it with this it will have you babyface. It only having one foil instead of two allows it to be small and you can get into all the little areas like up under your nose and it's easy to help make straight lines with your beard. I noticed that when the hair started to grow back also it felt different than when the hair would grow back with my other foil shaver. It seemed like they stick up more so that helps me not get razor bumps. Even with my other foil shaver after a few days I would feel irritation with the hair growing back and get some bumps but for some reason with this one when I let the hair go ahead and grow back in everything is still just soft without irritation. It cuts so close I actually scratched myself in one place and that has never happened before with my other foil shavers so you have to be careful and don't just push it into your skin, just let it glide over a few times lightly. I literally took my other foil shaver on one side of my face and then went over the same side with this thing and I could hear it cutting all kinds of hair that the other one didn't catch. I like how small it is while not being heavy also. It's also great that it has USB-C and not some proprietary connection. Battery seems to last for a long time. It's also the easiest foil shaver to clean that I have ever used. The head just pops right off with no real effort and you can just shake the stuff out and brush it off. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially somebody African American. ... show more

I bought these to upgrade from my last Babyliss foil shaver. I gave my old gold shaver to my son, with a new foil of course. I travel for work regularly and these have a smaller form factor but still shave great. These are rechargeable unlike my last shaver that took a AA battery. They are small in hand but have a quality feel to them in hand. Despite their size they shave like a champ. My barber uses the gold double foil shavers and I love the results of those but they cost nearly double the price and for my use at home and while traveling the form factor fits better in my bathroom and in my travel bag. ... show more

No sirve , mucho ruido pero no rasura nada, deja la piel irritada. No lo recomiendo . It doesn't work—lots of noise, but it doesn't shave anything and leaves the skin irritated. I do not recommend it.

Purchased this to complete my hair grooming kit. The trimmers are excellent. This device not so much. The other trimmers, bears and head trimmers with attachments. 5 stars … This just lacks something to get close shave or even cut thin hair around neck
