The media could not be loaded. This a fantastic all around monitor that is reliable and has so many features. We've been using this monitor for 3 weeks and we love it! Setup was easy for me since I just watched my husband do it :) but seriously it didn't take him long and he ended up drilling a hole to make sure it was secured well above our little one's bed. We bought a previous monitor from this company 2 years ago but this monitor upgrade has been a game changer! PROS Some of my favorite features I haven't found elsewhere... • Safety is most important to me so knowing the monitor can't be hacked and is NOT wifi connected was a must and this was perfect for that reason. Wifi connections can also be iffy and unreliable going in and out so we like that this is a no wifi, direct connection from the camera to the monitor. • The large high quality screen shows colors and details well in daytime, very crisp and not super grainy. I use glasses but can look over and see the large screen well at night without glasses on. The night vision automatically comes on which is nice and it is very clear, and high quality as well which we appreciate! • Being able to look all around the room without being in there is amazing! With just 1 camera, I can turn it in all directions showing the ENTIRE room which is so nice and puts your mind at ease! The zoom feature is also incredibly helpful! As our baby grows, I can check on her when she's out of the crib just playing in there to make sure she's not getting into trouble while I'm doing the dishes in the other room without worrying about it. • Being able to dim the monitor screen brightness at night so it doesn't light up the room or disturb you while you sleep in the other room. • The volume can go as high as you want, really high or very low and everywhere in between. It's a great feature. I'm a light sleeper so I can put it on the most quiet setting which is pretty low and still hear our baby when she fully wakes up and not be woken up when she simply turns over or stirs a little for a moment. Of course you can adjust to your preferences. • The new temperature feature is very helpful. Although the accuracy we found to be 2 degrees above the actual temperature but now that we know that, we know the actual temp is 2 degrees less than shown on the monitor. It hasn't fluctuated more than that so we still always know the correct temperature so it wasn't a problem for us. If you create temperature alerts, just keep that in mind and check how accurate the reading is first and plan accordingly. • The battery life works great. We don't leave it unplugged while in use for more than 6 hours at most but the battery still has juice left after all that time. We also one tap the power button to darken the screen and save the battery but still be able to hear and 1 tap it again to see what's going on in the baby's room. • The cord to plug it in for a charge is pretty long so it can be plugged in anywhere no problem. • Knowing the time has been very helpful but I will say there was a glitch where the whole monitor randomly shut off when updating the settings for the intital setup. It only happened once. It hasn't happened since that initial setup. • The music songs have more variety and are songs our baby likes such as silent night. The quality sounds like an old jewelry sound box. Others may or may not like this but I found it charming and baby didn't mind, she liked it. I like being able to set music timers and keep our baby distracted while I have time to take a quick shower. Sometimes the sound echoes but it's really when you're too close to the room. • Customer service is great and helped us replace a monitor 1 year ago with an older completely different model, it was not this one I'm reviewing. I'm saying that so you know that they will help if you have any problems and send a new one if there's really a problem with it not working. We have not had any issues with this monitor! CONS • One con that has bothered me is the fact that when I'm further away in the kitchen, the monitor disconnects when I go by the sink. I've learned that I have to keep the monitor in our living room or on the kitchen table. It's only 43ft away so my husband thinks it's because there are too many walls in the way. I can go outside and be further away and still hear and see her on the monitor so it must be the walls and cabinets in the kitchen? It isn't a problem since I can still hear and I only have to take a few steps to see what's going on but it can be annoying if you forget, it will beep and show on the screen to notify you that it is disconnected or having connectivity issues but you just have to bring it closer and it connects again quickly. I'm not sure if this would work for a multi-level house, maybe someone else can speak to that in another review. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and with the company's customer service. As you can see above there are several pros and really only 1 con to me. This will not be a wasted purchase. It was a beneficial purchase for us and our family for sure! ... show more

For the price, I love it! I live in a small house and use it all day! My heart is at ease when I’m out back with my 6yr old daughter, knowing I can look down to see, hear, talk-to, play a lullaby or even check the room temp for my 5 month old son! I even use it as an intercom when I’m in other rooms! I also love how easy it is to move around the house when need be! Battery life could be a little better and color but that’s about it. This is a pretty good baby monitor! Our old monitor was starting to act up and I started doing research into a new one. I never realized how expensive they could get! I'm not sure what others paid but for a monitor around $80, I think this one is great. We were looking for something with a larger screen and didn't run off of wifi. This one checked all of the boxes we were looking for. Pros: - Monitor is pretty easy to set up and use. - The zoom function is nice - Easy to make the screen go off but still have sound - Does not run off wifi - Battery life is pretty good - Sound quality - Range is good for our house Cons - The plug for the monitor is pretty bad - The slightest bump knocks it out of charging - Night vision quality is acceptable but not extremely clear Honestly we like this monitor a lot. If we could get the charging issue fixed I would probably give it 5 stars. ... show more

Love this product, it's well made and works great. It's not on wifi and that makes me feel way better that it can't be hacked easily for would be robbers. The camera is nice and picture is good, you can control the camera which is what I was looking for. Recommend!!

This is much better than the monitor we used to have, I actually and accurately see my baby in the night mode and there aren't pixel glitches in the dark parts of the screen like my old monitor. The difference is night and day.

Such a great camera. You can see such a clear picture of baby. We love this monitor. - we had a power issue with the device and we reached out and within 24 hrs they contacted us and sent us a new one. So simple and they were so great and understanding! Pros: Large screen, EXCELLENT picture quality (the best I’ve seen, by far, after owning two other monitors), able to pan across the room well. Cons: There’s a green blinking light on the camera base when the screen is turned off and it’s distracting/ annoying in a dark room. I have the base up very high but I can’t imagine someone would want to use this monitor if they were installing it anywhere close to where a child would have the light flashing in their eyes. The camera doesn’t seem to move downward as much as previous cameras I’ve owned. It’s not an issue for me personally but it could be for some people depending on where they want to place the camera. Overall, I really like the monitor and would recommend it. My only real complaint is the annoyance of the green blinking light. Other than that it’s great. ... show more

Update: I had a problem with the monitor in a short time after purchase. When I contacted the store they completely and immediately fixed the issue. Customer service is just as important as the product. The video quality and ease of use of the monitor are great.
