The image quality is good, the sound is good, and it has an excellent split screen function. It can take care of my two children at the same time, which is excellent. The two brackets are very practical and can be manually positioned to the angle I want.

Update: customer service has been great. They are sending me a new battery free of charge! They also agreed to send me an extra magnetic wall Mount since they aren’t sold separately. They were very fast to reply and to help resolve the issues. Rated it 4 stars because the picture isn’t as clear as some other cameras I’ve used but it certainly gets the job done. I bought this baby monitor because it had all the features I wanted. At first I absolutely loved it. But in just two months the battery completely stopped holding a charge and it only works plugged in. This is super annoying as I have a small baby who naps 3-4 times a day and so I have to be tethered to the cord. ... show more

I purchased this monitor in October or November of 2021 and the screen stopped working less than a month later. Amazon was amazing and replaced the broken system, no questions asked, with a brand new system in December. I have now made it to July on that system and now the screen is defective again. It's not completely broke this time just the color is all pink and the picture quality is horrible. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. It's not a bad system when it works, but when it keeps breaking over and over it's a little annoying. ... show more
