Update: customer service has been great. They are sending me a new battery free of charge! They also agreed to send me an extra magnetic wall Mount since they aren’t sold separately. They were very fast to reply and to help resolve the issues. Rated it 4 stars because the picture isn’t as clear as some other cameras I’ve used but it certainly gets the job done. I bought this baby monitor because it had all the features I wanted. At first I absolutely loved it. But in just two months the battery completely stopped holding a charge and it only works plugged in. This is super annoying as I have a small baby who naps 3-4 times a day and so I have to be tethered to the cord. ... show more

The set up with these cameras is super easy! The monitor screen is very clear and the whole system is exactly what I wanted. My monitor screen turned super fuzzy when I turned it on after about 4 months of use. I emailed the customer support email and was sent a new screen very fast. I've had this monitor for a month now, hoping I would start to like it. The reason I purchased this monitor was because it was one of the few that has a split screen for two cameras. That being said, I can't believe that the picture quality is so bad! The night vision is a joke and you can barely make out any objects, let alone your child. Even the day vision isn't the best. The monitor itself is so bright I have to have it face down at night (so what is the point of having a video monitor!?) So my husband and I can sleep. The cameras are so bulky and the wall attachments so flimsy that I constantly have to adjust them because they move. Mind you, I have tried adjusting all the settings to try and make this monitor work, and it doesn't help. The only positive thing about this monitor is that you can turn off the VOX so the screen isn't turning on and off constantly. If you're looking for a split screen monitor, find something else and save yourself the trouble! ... show more

This is a great product! You can see and hear everything you need to and can look at 2 angles or 2 rooms with the split screen at the same time. We use this for our son and daughter. I purchased this monitor in October or November of 2021 and the screen stopped working less than a month later. Amazon was amazing and replaced the broken system, no questions asked, with a brand new system in December. I have now made it to July on that system and now the screen is defective again. It's not completely broke this time just the color is all pink and the picture quality is horrible. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. It's not a bad system when it works, but when it keeps breaking over and over it's a little annoying. ... show more
