    • Stopped working within 4 days of use.
I was able to connect the camera to the monitor easily the first time, however after 4 days the camera disconnected from the monitor and now it is not working at all. Completely unacceptable for a baby safety product.

This is a good monitor for the price. We have had our for 2 years and it definitely gets the jobs done. We were never able to connect to our phones and gave up on that feature. I wish the picture quality was a little better at night but I have no complaints with the picture quality during the day. After 2 years it is starting to show signs that it is time to buy another one; the camera disconnects and we have to sneak into the baby’s room like we are James Bond to reset it, it doesn’t hold a long charge then annoyingly beeps at us and the monitor is starting to go out. I have been happy with ours but I wouldn’t buy it again. ... show more

    • Stopped working when we actually needed it.
Update: we reached out to Motorola, they walked us through some troubleshooting. After it didn't work, they sent us a replacement within a week. Got this in July from our baby shower. Set it up and it worked fine. Fast forward to our baby being born the end of September and we go to use it and it's showing not paired. All of the fixes for it does not work. It won’t connect I reset it and plugged and unplugged it way too many times I only had it 7 months haven’t been able to attempt to use it until now and it’s the worse

    • Terrible product- doesn’t even deserve 1 star
Nothing but problems! Terrible picture quality, the temp is never ever accurate, it randomly unpairs and the monitor stops working and a red circle with a line through it will appear. It’s picture is way too bright even on the lowest setting, it’s sound is either to quiet or too loud. Oh and not to mention the silver loop to stand the monitor up right came lose in less then 2 months of use and now you cannot prob your monitor up. The speaker is on the back so can’t just lay it down flat better find something to prop it up on your own… I have never been more upset with a product that’s suppose to help with child safety!!! Way too expensive to have continuous problems like this. The amount of times I had to go into the nursery to troubleshoot and plug in etc to try and get this monitor to work/ spend more time waking my child up then I do have a peace of mind being able to watch safe sleep. So disappointed, frustrated and irritated - always a problem when it comes to this product! ... show more

Worked fine for a few months, but started to have multiple issues after a few months including difficulty charging and the suddenly losing sound from it. We reached out to customer service multiple different way on multiple different ways and received no response. I'd stay away from this product.
