When putting the screws in, the panel cracked. Now, I am not a strong person. I am a middle aged woman with pinched nerves in my arms so my strength is severely weakened. I am afraid to put my 29 gal aquarium on it. I might try my 10 gal is nothing else cracks. I can't return it because the item is too heavy for me to repack and haul. Not worth the money at all. The media could not be loaded. I disliked my unit lacked clearly drilled holes as it was a little challenging with some holes being painted over and no lables to indicate top from bottom or in from out. I disliked how the wood splinter in some areas as when attempting to get screws flush with top and bottom surfaces. Attaching the door was difficult I'd recommend adding the door prior to tightening as I scraped my unit up attaching the door in hinges. I like that unit is sturdy and provides a simple aesthetic that doesn't steal away attention from the tank and has a nice open back providing easy access to cables and ample storage for tank supplies and perfect to be against a wall. 20 gallon long tank fits perfectly on top. ... show more

The stand is nice, only complaint is that the screws on the bottom are not flush with the piece of wood. so i need to be careful moving it across my hardwood floors.

The media could not be loaded. I asked basic questions to seller and never got any responses. So do not count on any support at all from them. All screws are to difficult to put in with only the screw driver. I had to use my phillips screwdriver bit with my drill. Others have also complained they had to drill holes and still very hard to make them flush. Of course with the drill but I was able to screw in flush. There are gaps in both sides of the door and top of door. So you can see inside bottom with your supplies. I have a 20-gallon tank and the seller said it weighs 250 lbs with gravel and all accessories. It is not good for 29-gallon aquarium many can weigh up to 330 lbs. A disaster waiting to happen. Don't waste your money with this seller. It came in a Walmart box. I was charged $140.00 from this seller. But is priced at $95.00 from Walmart. Sold by: M.A.D. Merchants. 50% negative feedback lifetime if you check their site. ... show more

Had an issue with the delivery on the item so I was excited when I finally got it. I put everything together just as the instructions said and yet the door seems to not fit properly. The hole for the door seems to be too far over and now the door won’t open all the way and it won’t stay shut cause the magnet doesn’t reach. There also is no shelf on the inside. I’m still waiting for the seller to reach back out but I figure I’m just going to have to drill my own hole in for the door. I’m starting to feel like I should have just gone with the one from Petco. Plus side is it does seem pretty sturdy for the most part. ... show more
