This works pretty well if I have tips on or over grown out acrylics. The only problem is there was no color guide. I had to use the product to create a colored dot on each lid which was time consuming. Too many of the colors are similar. A kit with more liquid would make sense. Way too much powder for the liquid provided.

A super good dip! Easy and looks like I went to a salon the only thing was that the colors were totally off which was super sad I love neutral color nails but the only colors I got were different shades of pink :(

I used to get my nails done with dipping powder but stopped about 5 years ago because it was such a time suck to go in and get it done. Recently I had a nail that kept splitting lower than what I could cut off and dipping powder came to mind as a solution while it grows out. I haven’t painted my own nails since high school (which was a long, long time ago!) so I was wondering how I’d do attempting to use dipping powder on my own nails. But it was easy and the picture is my first attempt. They look almost exactly like my nails from the salon! I’m sure that in my next try in a few weeks I’ll get them perfect. One tip I learned is to apply a thin coat of the base. A thick coat will make the nail a bit bumpy/uneven and then it’s a pain to file down. I love that dipping powder lasts about a month until the nail grows out, but doesn’t chip. I’m really happy I got this kit because now I can have pretty nails again and I can do them at home when I have spare time. Recommended!

I bought these hoping that they’d protect my natural nail and be lower maintenance than a polish that chips daily. Unfortunately, these tore my natural nails to shreds and I never even made it to 3 days without them chipping and breaking off like crazy. They did not dissolve easily with nail polish remover or gel polish remover that I bought specifically to try for them. After 4 months, my nails are finally almost grown out and I don’t have to hide them by painting them daily. Super disappointed in this product.
