There is a little booklet that it comes with to recommend which attachment to use and how long to use it for different areas on the body which I really like. The motor is pretty quiet and the battery lasts a long time. It seems very well made and in the week that I’ve had it, it’s already helped relieve tension in my back and shoulders. I purchased this AYURA Massage Gun to help with tight muscles and back tension, and I’m honestly so impressed. It feels like something you’d use in a professional therapy setting. The 30 speeds give you a ton of control from light relaxation to deep tissue work and the six different heads make it easy to target every area. What I love most is how quiet it is. You can use it while watching TV without any annoying noise. The battery life is great too; I can get several uses out of it before needing to recharge. It’s lightweight, easy to hold, and the digital display makes it super simple to adjust settings. The round ball head is perfect for everyday soreness, and the fork attachment works amazingly for my neck and along my spine. Everything snaps in and out easily and feels secure. If you’re dealing with muscle pain, stiffness, or just want a good recovery tool after long days, this massage gun is absolutely worth it. I would buy it again without hesitation. I’ve been using this massage gun for a couple of weeks and it’s been really helpful after workouts and long workdays. It offers a wide range of speeds, so I can choose anything from a light massage to more intensity depending on how tense my muscles feel. The different attachment heads are easy to switch and work well for various areas, especially my shoulders and calves. It’s surprisingly quiet for the amount of power it has, which is nice when using it at night. The battery lasts a long time too. Overall, it feels solid, easy to use, and a great addition to my recovery routine.

I ordered two of these massage guns, in high hopes that they would be delivered as described and work like the past massage gun I ordered off of Amazon's website. However, I would not recommend this product to anyone! One of the product photos are completely misleading. The massage gun appears blown up in the picture with the person holding it and looks like it would be a solid, full-sized device. In reality, it’s barely the size of an average hand and feels cheap the moment you pick it up. This massage gun should actually be listed and sold as a kids toy. Because it certainly has the appearance and feel of a kids toy. It even stops working under the slightest pressure. Even on full strength, any light downward pressure makes the motor stall instantly, making it basically useless. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this purchase!

This massage gun feels really nice and works well. It has good power and helps relieve muscle tension effectively. The design is comfortable to hold and easy to use. The only downside is the battery life. On a full charge, it lasts about 20–30 minutes, which isn’t very long if you want extended sessions. Overall, it’s a good massage gun and does the job well, but the battery could definitely be better.

Excellent massage tool! I have had multiple spinal surgeries, and still have pain- so this massager helps tremendously. Unbox it, charge the battery ( doesn't plug into the wall) it includes a USB cable and it charges up quickly. The attachments snap on and off easily. Most important to me, it comes with a booklet that specifically shows muscle groups to specifically target for pain or relaxation. That is SO HELPFUL, especially if someone else is using on your back while you are trying to relax. It guides them specifically instead of you saying "down...over left...up a bit more" and the receiving patient getting frustrated instead of relaxing. Great price also, not cheap plastic, very quiet.

I am amazed how this massage gun really works, it’s amazing and it really helps me with my back pain.. such a life saver for me.. I work out a lot and my muscle always feels sore and with the help of this massage gun it helps me feel better and enough to recover for another work out day.. this massage gun is super easy to use , the battery last longer and it charge super fast, I love how it comes with a different attachment, it’s amazing how it gets into your muscle , all the sore and pain goes away.. I liked the size too it’s not too bulky it’s just right.. easy to take along with you.. it’s worth to try.. you won’t regret it.. it’s worth every penny.. and I would recommend it.
