Had this delivered, and it was defective. I was very frustrated. Spent easily almost an hour and a half trying to troubleshoot until basically was told by customer service the internal pump must not be working. When returning it, they also wanted pictures of it being defective, and I had to call Amazon and say to the eye nothing looks bad so that also tacked on another 20 minutes. When I returned it, I kind of thought OK, the packaging when it arrived didn’t look the best - should’ve been my first clue. I had not planned on giving a five star even if I liked it, that being said, I love it. It makes Incredible expresso, cappuccino, coffee. I do feel the instructions for the set up or initial use are a little misleading and some of the word choice/terminology is not consistent, also adding to the confusion. I think they should really add pictures/diagrams to the initial use, especially with having to prime, the froth wand. That being said, I am very happy with this purchase and glad that I did ask for a replacement on the defective one instead of just returning it. I do think I was sent one that was used, upon getting the second one, the packaging was better and no rips as well as the in internal tape they used to hold items in place was there unlike the other one which only had a couple pieces of tape to hold it down. I also like the size of this great for small areas.

This coffee machine makes my coffee rich and flavorful espresso. The Milk frotheris to easy to use and makes such a creamy foam for my lattes. It looks great, easy to clean, and gives great coffee for the price, and is easy to use. Highly recommend it for everyday coffee lovers

I'm so happy I have my own espresso machine now! It is super easy to use once it gets set up. It takes literally seconds to brew your espresso shot, and then using the attached handle, can froth and steam your milk too, to where you can make your own "fancy coffees" at home for a fraction of the price of the expensive coffee places. I am quickly becoming my own favorite barista and am loving experimenting with flavor combinations. I definitely recommend this machine to all my friends, and happily make them fancy coffees when they come visit too.

Ok... Coffee snobs be aware; you might just like this small form factor espresso machine. Ok, the first thing you notice when opening the box is that this espresso machine IS NOT STAINLESS STEEL on the outside. The housing is entirely plastic. I have no doubt though that all the working parts on the inside though are stainless steel. Pros: This little guy has many! - Aesthetically, it has a nice design/appearance and easily remains in plain view without becoming an eye sore. - Operationally, it took room temperature water to brew-ready temps in under 40 seconds, espresso was drawn in about 30 seconds and had a nice layer of crema on top, and it needed no additional time to pump out hot water to make my Americano. - Convenience-wise, the size makes it perfect for the home office, your desk at work, or other places where you may want a quick pick-me up, but don't want to go all the way to the kitchen. Cons: Here's where the coffee-snobs (I'm borderline) will complain. - Perfect Cup of Coffee... is going to be hard to achieve. With no controls over temperature, volume of water used during extraction, or ability to finely control the steam wand, purists will suffer a crisis over lack of control. - One Cup at a Time... I guess it depends on the size of your coffee cup, but the water reservoir's size is naturally limited by the size/footprint of the machine. I would be hard pressed to get two full cups of Americano they way I like them brewed. Most other people will emjoy two cups before they have to take the reservoir out to be refilled. - Tamper Not... The tamper provided is flimsy plastic, it neither performs well nor looks pleasing to the eye. - Misleading Product Description... Ok, I struggled with whether or not I should ding the seller / product for this one, but I am adamant that if a more clear and accurate portrayal of your product hinges on just one word, then you are misleading the buyer by not including it in the product headline. If you read the full "About this item" description, you will notice that they accurately describe the machine as Compact and stylish with STAINLESS STEEL APPEARANCE (I added the all caps). This is the only place they accurately describe the materials used. Hey AMAZON: Give us more than one line in the Style and Materials section for describing what products are made of and what color/appearance they have. Overall though, really nice product for the price and it does what it says it will do.

I’ve been looking for an espresso machine that would take ground coffee and could cover the basics really well. This machine is perfect for that. It does single shots, double shots, steams milk and pours hot water. It’s all I need in an espresso machine. I love the sleek metal look as well, it looks great in my home. I have been experimenting with different espresso recipes for drinks and enjoying it. Get this one if you’re on the fence I recommend it
