The media could not be loaded. I’ll be real — I didn’t expect this much sauce in something this tiny. I’ve seen people online bash this handheld, but half of them haven’t even touched it. Meanwhile I pick it up “just to test it,” and suddenly I’m three hours deep in retro heaven like Bruce Lee saying, “Don’t focus on the finger or you’ll miss the heavenly glory”… except with this thing, I’m staring directly at the moon. The screen? Shockingly good. Sure, there’s a little ghosting, but nothing that ruins the vibe. Turn on integer scaling in RetroArch and boom — golden‑crisp cereal pixels, like a retro cake with edible decorations. No stretching, no washed‑out colors, just pure retro greatness for classic systems. The MTK G99 punches way above its weight. PS2 and GameCube after a few tweaks? Absolutely playable. Menus are fast, emulators behave, and thanks to AYANEO’s customizable fan settings, it doesn’t melt in your hands during longer sessions. But the real plot twist: Hall Effect sticks. On a MINI. AYANEO said “drift? never met her” and blessed this tiny handheld with premium controls. The joysticks and triggers feel way more high‑end than the size suggests. Portability is where it gets dangerous. It’s smaller than my phone, weighs basically nothing, and disappears into any pocket. I’ve been carrying it around the house like a toddler with a new toy. This is peak grab‑and‑go gaming. Build quality? Solid. Buttons? Satisfying. Experience? Way more premium than the price. If you’re into handhelds, retro gaming, or just tiny tech that punches way above its class… this one’s calling your name.

This is a fantastic little handheld. It can handle plenty of PS2 and Gamecube games, but it will not be able to play more graphically demanding ones.

Amazing ergonomics for the size. For the price it’s very good quality. Speakers are just ok. Portable due to size but has some weight to it. Talks about about being able to play GameCube/ ps2 which it can but keep expectations low

Best hanheld for the price, specially now that everything got more expensive. Can emulate retro games up to Gamecube and PS2, though not all of those games will run at full speed. Everything below that runs perfectly.

Is this the best $100 made ($120 on Amazon ). Hall effect sticks and triggers an awesome D pad and great battery life. Only down side it's an older processor and can only play thru Dreamcast, fan can be noisy when in high processing modes. If they ever make one that could play to PS2 and GameCube I'd give it 5 stars. Still great build quality and screen resolution.
