I live in a small cottage home and have little to no kitchen space let alone a dining area. I was afraid this would be too big even, but it works well! Higher up than intoxicated which is a bonus. Usually when you spend under $300 for furniture it’s that cheap cork wood, but not this table. It’s solid wood and metals and I believe it’s going to last me a good long while. Assembly with two people was around 30-40m, but if you’re handy and capable then this is very doable as one person. Super simple steps and once you assemble one item; all the rest work the same. Smooth flat surfaces, no cracks or dents, or other damages. Wipe away any mess and be on the way. This is little more than a glorified park bench so it’s not super cozy, but some chair cushions will fix that easily.

The table came to us broken with pack of screws opened up too. Every corner of wooden piece was broke, so were the metal pieces. The paint was already chipping off too.

I got this for my 10 year old and his friends and it works perfectly. It's sturdy and the right size for kids. Adults can sit at it as well but it seems more appropriately sized for kids.
