Torn between 3 and 4 stars. For the price, these are pretty good. They are particle board, however, and not real wood. I ordered 3 of them, one of which arrived with a damaged piece, which is unfortunate. One of the support pieces has a big crack, which is warping the piece so I can’t even try to use it because it’s not straight. Also, for the two that were not damaged and that I was able to put together, the doors are visually uneven and look crooked. Again, unfortunate, especially as you cannot have just one piece replaced. So now I have to pack up everything back into the box and return the whole item. And “two-day shipping” is actually more like 7-10 days. Easy to install as long as you follow the directions. Took about an hour and a half for one. And the final product is quite sturdy, so I’m happy overall. Despite these issues, I would still order again. Just know you get what you pay for.

I like their cabinet. I purchased two to make a tv console. Assembly wasn’t too hard, just takes some time. One person can assemble by themselves. Quality seems fine so far. My only surprise was that the rattan is a bit more yellow in person than pictured. I’ll probably try to white wash it to bring it to more of a linen color.

I bought the 2 piece black set. 1. I pre-ordered this on 9/2, it was released for sale on 9/4, it got delivered today, 9/11. So take the "usually ships in" seriously. 2. Some of the predrilled holes don't fit the type of piece that it was meant for. 3. Of the 2 pieces, one cabinet is a tiny bit higher than the other (I think that pic is attached) 4. The doors on both cabinets do not line up with each other. I even put them on there before I put the spinning part in and they were both fine but one I put those 2 pieces in each door, one door was higher than the other. (Pictures attached) 5. Steps 5 & 7 were a pain in the ass. The slot for the boards didn't line up. I had to unscrew another piece then push it just for it to fall into place then tighten the screws back. Thank goodness that part is on the back so no one will see! 6. I like the height 7. Some pieces came marked up, which on black I personally believe stands out. (Picture attached, zoomed in cause I had to sit down, my back had enough!!!) Unsure if I'm returning b/c who is taking these things back down!!!!!!

It looks nice overall, but we were missing the bottom support rail for between the legs. Also when we were screwing together two of the sides one of the screws broke through the entire side as pictured. A few of the screw holes also stripped even with gentle assembly. I was excited because of all the great reviews, but it seems that maybe better quality control is needed as I seemed to have received a dud. Feels like too much effort to disassemble and return for replacement. Edit: Seller reached out to offer to send a replacement unit. Customer service was great and appreciated. The new cabinet came without flaw and looks great in the space as we had hoped. Overall, great cabinet and with great customer service to match.
