I have installed awnings before. This awning is as good as the other brands i put on. When we lost our Dometic in a bad rainstorm we found we couldn't get what we had. Supply chain issues all over the place. Found this one. Had just some minor issues while installing but nothing bad. I think it is a good awning. Customer service is good. This product was better than I expected. It took me and my husband 3 to 4 hours to install it. Quality is good. The only issue was a very small hole in the fabric. Also, the fabric shipped separately from the frame.

Love this awning. This awning is every bit as nice as those 1500.00 dollar ones. Would definitely buy again. Works great pretty easy to install but you will need help. Built very well.
