I still try from time to time. Help was great at first but now ... crickets. Telling me to put the presser foot down ... it IS down. Instructions are vague at best and can't find a YouTube video on how to make it work. Still hopeful but as a beginner I can say NOT easy to learn. Will update my review if my experience improves. Until then we'll just let this sit right here.

I cannot get this thing to work because there were NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!! On the product page, it says there is a USB plug in that have instructions in it. It was NOT IN THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!
