The media could not be loaded. We bought it for our 5 and 2 year old children for Christmas. They loved it, played a lot with it and got used to it right away. I found it safe and stable, but I recommend putting a mattress underneath. It took a while to assemble, but it wasn't complicated and the manual provided all the assembly information very well, you just had to follow it. Regarding the space needed for this, it took up a lot of space, so you should keep that in mind when buying. Now, especially for winter, it's a great option for children to burn off their energy and have fun. They love the perching circuit, seesaw and slide. Lots of exercise for them to burn off energy! The quality is excellent and really deserves 5 stars!

This is a great product. Took a little effort to setup but nothing too complicated. My toddler loves climbing on it. There was a swing part that broke, but when I contacted customer service they were very quick to get a replacement part sent. Great product and great customer service!

All parts were labeled, and the instructions were clear. It’s definitely easier to build with two people, but you can build it on your own. Some wood pieces had knots and little curvature that made it hard to line up at times, and some parts had slight damage, but nothing major that affects the finished product. Be sure to tight screws every now and then to maintain the sturdiness. It was inside for a bit during the winter months but has now been outside for the past 3 months in Kentucky storms and heat. It looks great still!

This is a beautiful piece and feels very sturdy. My 7 year old climbed along the top rung of the monkey bars with no issue. The instructions indicate that you should have 2 people, though I did put it together by myself and total time spent was about 3 hours using a power drill (mind you, I also had to be a parent to my 4 kids during that time with husband out of town). The instructions are decent, but it is crucial to pay VERY close attention to the picture. Even with that, there were still a couple instances that I had to back out some screws and replace. And some pictures didn’t quite show the angle I needed to have it oriented correctly. See my 4 year old and 2 year old pictured for size reference.

The playset is good quality and set up is about the same as building ikea furniture, just with more pieces. Instructions are fairly clear and easy to follow as well. If you are able to assemble ikea furniture, you can assemble this with the same ease. Since assembling, kids have been playing on it every day, so I do not regret the purchase. I bought this for my 2 and 6 year-olds, but even my 9-year-old enjoys the set. My 9-year old is average height for her age and on the slim side. The set does rock a bit when she swings on it, but remains sturdy. My only complain is that the set comes with the exact number of bolts and length of rope you need. I suspect the manufacturer tied the rope on the rope ladder as tight as can be, made the knots, cut off the excess, and untied the rope to measure how long that is, and that's the length we get. It was extremely difficult to tie knots on the rope ladder since there's no extra length for you to make the loops for the knot. I had to skip the last turn of the rope and use needle nose pliers to make a less than ideal knot. Taking stars off for this because it can become a safety issue. For a set this price, it should come with longer ropes and a few spare bolts in case they are damaged/lost. The shorter rope needs about 3 more inches and longer rope needs about 5 more inches. I am still debating if I want to contact manufacturer or just buy additional rope on my own to re-do the rope ladder. The set I received also requires 8mm Allen wrench to attach rocks onto rock climbing wall. This was not in the standard wrench sets I have. It's not a big issue but I would appreciate a heads up so I can order the wrench the same time I purchased the playset.

For something made in America, the instructions were very lacking. When inserting rod 27, joint 20 just disappeared from the schematics.... And later reappeared. There were a few predrilled holes that weren't completely through, the outer joints on the top of the A-frame just appeared already installed half way through. It also comes with 4 ropes that aren't labeled, but the measurements are all particular to their purpose, measure and label those before you start doing the cargo net portion. The swing also seems to hang pretty low, just 7" off the ground, but this can be easily fixed with some extra knots on the rope. The wood is high quality with no signs of damage or warping, no hardware was missing, no weird varnish smell, everything is sanded, sealed and very sturdy. With 2 people, it took us just under 6 hours to get it fully assembled, but we are very happy with the quality and the final outcome! My 3y and 2y love it. If you can make the time in your schedule, have a technical acumen, and very rambunctious toddlers, this is for you!

Issues we found: Picture #1 and #2 -> Parts B mentioned in Picture #2 were different from Parts B mentioned in Parts page (Picture#1) Picture #3 -> There are no parts/screws nor instruction on instruction book page 2 (03-2). (I didn't attached the page 2 of instruction book. Picture #4 -> Cracked wooden part/bar. This was not the only bar I found cracked. There were 2 more step bars for the ladder that were cracked, I found when I assembled the part. I was too exhausted to find them. I only found this and take a pic. Picture #5 -> Upclosed photo of the cracked part at the critical point/joint of the 2 ladders. Picture # 6 -> 3 holes for screws Part P where there are loose so the screws couldn't be tightened. Bad quality of precision and safety. WANNA RETURN BUT I REFUSED TO DISASSEMBLE IT, CONSIDERED HOW DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE IT.
