The mattress feels comfortable, supportive, and not too firm or too soft—perfect balance for a good night’s sleep. I’m really impressed with this mattress because it’s really comfortable to me. The medium firmness feels just right—supportive without being hard, working perfectly for all sleeping positions. I’m a side sleeper and it takes the pressure off my shoulders and hips. My husband is a back sleeper and he loves it too. The mattress also sleeps nice and cool, which I love because I’m in hot Texas. My husband moves around a lot, and I barely feel it thanks to the good motion isolation. The edges are sturdy too, so i don’t feel like I’m sliding off. It came well packaged, was super easy to set up, and fully expanded in a couple of days. Would definitely buy it again if I’m going to get a new one.

Not quite as firm as I’d have preferred. More medium soft, the top is like a built in duvet. A bit noisy but it was cooling and pleasantly comfy. Springs are fine I haven’t felt any or saw any when opening. With that being said, I am only one night in. Oh! Edge support isn’t bad at all either which is what I was really looking for! But again if you like it more on the firm side and less to no noisy when getting on the bed; this in my opinion isn’t that. It also doesn’t necessarily look like the photo either, the photos people reviewed are definitely more accurate.
